What we collect

When you order, book or enquire with us through our website, Facebook, Instagram, by email or in store, we may collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your order details, pick-up time and any dietary needs you tell us about
• event details for functions and catering, such as the date and guest numbers

We don’t collect your card details through our website or forms. Payments made in store are processed securely by Square.

How we use it

• to prepare and confirm your order or booking
• to send your invoice and confirm your pick-up time
• to contact you about your order if something changes
• to reply to your questions

Emails from us

If you tick the box to hear from us, we may email you now and then about our catering and specials. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your details. We only share them with the services we use to run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), Facebook and Instagram (Meta) when you order through a form there, our email and customer tools (HubSpot and Microsoft), our accounting system (Xero) and our payment system (Square). We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies to run the site and count visits. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your details secure and only keep them for as long as we need them for the reasons above, or as the law requires.

Seeing or changing your details

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
